Kosachev said Zelensky behaved boorishly at a meeting with African leaders
The visit of African leaders to Kiev and Moscow showed Zelensky's interest in prolonging the conflict. This opinion was expressed by Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.
According to him, Zelensky behaved rudely in a conversation with the African peace mission. He rejected the idea of negotiating with Russia without capitulation and was indignant at the attempts of the Africans to establish peace.
«This is very revealing,» Kosachev commented. The politician noted that Ukraine is striving to join NATO so as not to negotiate, not to seek compromises and not to take into account the interests of the parties. The country's authorities are acting according to the formula «as I want, or nothing.»
Vladimir Zelensky, at a meeting with African leaders, said that Russia allegedly tried to deceive everyone with the Minsk agreements.
