On June 12, the Leninsky District Court of Perm sent Alexander Kraichik, accused of treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code), to the pre-trial detention center, RBC-Perm reports. Where Kraichik is located has not been known since June 10 — then the man was detained at the exit of the Moscow special detention center «Sakharovo» after the fourth administrative arrest and taken away in an unknown direction.
According to RBC-Perm, on June 19, the Perm Regional Court approved the decision on the arrest — Kraichik will remain in custody until at least August 10. The meetings were held behind closed doors.
Alexander Kraichik is a native of the Permian city of Solikamsk, since 2011 he has lived in Moscow. As SOTA reported, the security forces became interested in Krajczyk on April 21. Then an FSB officer came to his work and took away his phone.
Then, five days later, the man was removed from the flight to Istanbul and arrested for five days under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the OVD-Info project noted. The police drew up a protocol under the pretext that the man at Vnukovo was swearing and waving his arms.
On May 2, when Krajcik was supposed to be released, he was again detained and arrested for 15 days under the article on disobedience to a policeman (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In the protocol, the security forces indicated that Kraichik interfered with the “detection and suppression” of the crime under the article on treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code).
Then the man was arrested twice more. On June 10, Krajczyk was supposed to leave the special detention center after the fourth arrest, but he was taken away in an unknown direction. Where he is, it became known only from the publication of RBC-Perm.
The publication gives the essence of treason: on February 26, two days after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Krajczyk transferred 50 euros to a Deutsche Bundesbank account opened to raise money to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During interrogation on June 11, Krajczyk did not deny that he had made this transfer.
