The Lobnensky District Court of the Moscow Region sentenced Rufer Nikita Lebedev to 13 years in a strict regime colony in the case of attempt to kill. This is reported by the Investigative Committee.
Lebedev was arrested in Moscow in March 2021. According to investigators, since 2015, he has been persuading teenagers on social networks for money to broadcast and take pictures when they hang upside down from a great height. Two at that time underage girls born in 2004 and 2006 were recognized as victims in the case.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, took personal control of the investigation of the case after the meeting with the participants of the «Parents for a Clean Internet» initiative.
