MOSCOW, June 22. Vyacheslav Nagovitsin, Honored Art Worker of Russia, Professor of the Department of Music Theory at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, has died, according to the website of the institution. The composer was 83 years old.
