«The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation decides to open a parliamentary investigation into criminal acts against minors by the Kyiv regime,» the resolution says.

The part of the parliamentary commission from the Federation Council will be headed by the vice-speaker of the chamber Galina Karelova. This should be understood both in Kiev and in the West, » Svyatenko noted.
Today, terrorist strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicted not only on our new regions, but also on the Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk regions of Russia, the politician said.
