MOSCOW, June 23 Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Alexei Popov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Guinea, the former ambassador Vadim Razumovsky was relieved of his post, the relevant decrees were published on the portal of legal information.
«Appoint Aleksey Vladimirovich Popov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Guinea … Release Razumovsky Vadim Vladilenovich from the duties of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Guinea and the Republic of Sierra Leone concurrently,» the decrees say.
Besides, Putin has appointed Iskander Azizov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Myanmar, former Ambassador Nikolai Listopadov has been relieved of his post.
