According to Sachs, if the ZNPP is destroyed, it will not be known for sure who did it, but the media «will reflexively blame Russia for this.» And this, the entrepreneur believes, creates, together with the resolution, an incentive to destroy the station, if someone wants to draw the United States into the Ukrainian conflict even more. In this context, Sachs recalls that in 1965 the United States sent numerous troops to the Vietnam War, although before that it had no intention of not doing so.
