First of all, the production and storage bitumen terminal will meet the needs of the road construction industry within the framework of the national project «Safe quality roads » in the Volga, Siberian and Ural federal districts of Russia. In particular, it will be used to supply LUKOIL high-tech bitumen, developed according to the Company's exclusive technology, for the construction of the federal highway M12 Moscow — Kazan — Yekaterinburg.
The production and storage terminal has become the next milestone in the implementation of the LUKOIL bitumen business development strategy .
