MOSCOW, 29 Jun. Sergey Zhukov wrote songs for the musical about Cheburashka, according to a report on the Rossiya TV channel. There are funny and lyrical compositions.
“My work is understandable, I have been doing it for 27 years! But where to develop even further? How to make one more step into eternity in order to remain in people’s memory for centuries? This is to write something that will remain for a long time!» — says the leader of the «Hands Up!» group.
He created some fun and lyrical compositions.
The show is based on the film-record holder of domestic distribution. Two parts of the play will take place on a unique stage.
“We will have screens moving, we will bring a huge amount of light, of course, live sound. We want to surprise our viewers!” — explains producer Natalia Lokteva.
Singers, dancers, acrobats and Alla Dukhova's ballet «Todes» will perform. The stage director is Andrey Koltsov, a circus director and soloist of Cirque du Soleil. Choreographer — Sergey Mandrik. Directed by Nina Chusova.
The musical «Cheburashka. Your Ticket to Childhood» will be shown in Moscow from 27 July. You can see the show in other cities — tours are planned.
