According to journalists, on June 25, a military commissariat officer and the spouse of the victim had a skirmish in a store. The officer did not limit himself to conversation and attacked Tatyana from behind when she had already left the store and was standing at the bus stop. The attacker turned out to be an operational duty officer of the Transcarpathian regional military registration and enlistment office Konstantin Vari, in whose body 2.04 ppm of alcohol was detected.
