«Let's figure it out»: Kadyrov commented on the attack on Milashina and Nemov in Chechnya
Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov commented on his Telegram channel on the attack on journalist Elena Milashina and lawyer Alexander Nemov in Chechnya, who arrived in the region to cover in the court case of Zarema Musayeva.
“Let's figure it out. He instructed the competent services to make every effort to identify the attackers,” the head of Chechnya wrote.
He also noted that law enforcement agencies began work immediately after reports of the incident appeared.

On Tuesday, July 4, in Chechnya, journalist Elena Milashina and lawyer Alexander Nemov were attacked in Chechnya by unknown persons. As a result, the first had broken fingers and a shaved head, while the second had stab wounds. Moscow became interested in the incident.
State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein called the incident “criminal” and stressed that attacks on journalists are unacceptable.
