Medvedev called the condition for Russia's strike on Ukrainian nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities in Eastern Europe
Deputy head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia could strike at nuclear power plants in Ukraine. According to him, this should be done «if an attempt to attack the Smolensk (Desnogorsk) nuclear power plant with NATO missiles is confirmed.»
In such a development of events, Medvedev believes, Russia should deliver a «simultaneous strike» on the South Ukrainian NPP, Rivne NPP and Khmelnytsky NPP.
