Andrey Klyuchenko was appointed Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Omsk Region on October 11, 2022.
«Today I made a decision to dismiss the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Omsk Region Andrey Aleksandrovich Klyuchenko. There are many reasons: improper performance of official duties and instructions, multiple questions from law enforcement agencies, ignoring the requests of residents. Such people are in our the team doesn't need it,» Vitaliy Khotsenko wrote.
Previously, Klyuchenko served as First Deputy Minister of Industry, Communications, Digital and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region. He was appointed to the post by the ex-governor of the region Alexander Burkov.
