Recall that on Wednesday, July 19, Russia officially notified that due to the suspension of the «Black Sea Initiative» and the curtailment of the maritime humanitarian corridor, from 00:00 Moscow time on July 20, all ships heading to Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea waters will be considered as potential carriers of military cargo.

And those countries whose flag these ships fly will be considered involved in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kyiv regime. A number of sea areas in the northwestern and southeastern parts of the international waters of the Black Sea have been declared temporarily dangerous by Russia.

In turn, Ukraine, through the International Maritime Organization, first offered foreign countries ready to send their ships for Ukrainian grain alternative sea corridors — shallow water in the territorial waters of Turkey and Bulgaria and deep water — in the neutral waters of the Black Sea. The letter refers to some financial guarantees that Ukraine is ready to provide to the courts in case of damage. It seems that this is how Ukraine reacted to the inevitable refusal of insurers to provide services to ships heading to Ukrainian ports.

The country can claim compensation in case of damage received within the territorial waters of Ukraine. However, at the same time, the deep-water corridor passes almost completely outside its territorial waters.

Kyiv did not stop there, threatening to sink ships following in the Russian Federation, which would be considered by «Ukraine as carrying military cargo with all the associated risks.» This was announced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Military experts drew attention to the suspicious activity of NATO reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea. In their opinion, this directly indicates that the Western curators of Ukraine are planning to carry out a provocation with a civilian vessel to break through our naval blockade of Ukrainian ports.

According to military expert Vasily Dandykin, ships of non-Black Sea countries will not be able to pass through the Black Sea — Turkey played a significant role in this.

— Turkey closed the straits for us and for NATO, the expert said. — In addition, one of the most important points: Turkey has already announced that it will not accompany ships with grain at the request of Ukraine. This is very important.

Ukraine was counting on Ankara, so this is most likely a big shock for it. Moreover, I think that the insurers, after our forces have been attacking the ports of the Black Sea coast for the third day already, will simply take such a risk and refuse to insure ships. As for Bulgaria, Romania, I think that they will be very careful in this matter.

— Carry out an inspection. The Black Sea Fleet has every opportunity for this. This is where patrol ships, such as Vasily Bykov, come in handy. We now have four of them, the fifth is about to appear. If we find something, we will take appropriate action. The zone of the special military operation is marked, there is a practice of searches.

— Theoretically, we will stop and inspect. But there can be no grain cargo in principle. Accordingly, the question arises: where and why is this ship going?

Our VKS strikes have been inflicted for the third day, and this is not the end. Here it is already a question of principle — to cut off the Kiev regime from the south and the sea. And now we are on the verge of serious events, I think, very positive ones for us… Therefore, everything that can be destroyed so that the grain deal does not exist will be destroyed.

So the captains of the ships will have a question: where to go? Who will do the transshipment if the crane is damaged, grain terminals and berths are broken? There is simply nowhere to go.

Ukraine has only one way left — the transshipment of goods through the Ukrainian ports of the Danube. But these will be scanty volumes, which means that there will actually be no more grain deals.

— Of course, there may be provocations. We have already seen more than one provocation. Moreover, Ukraine has a lot of «advisers» and «assistants», such as the British Mi-6. Therefore, of course, from the other side they can portray something and say that it is us.
