Last Thursday, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sent Parshin under house arrest in the case of taking a bribe on an especially large scale. He has served as Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development since August 2018. Prior to that, Parshin managed to work at the Russian Post and the Ministry of Economic Development.
