SIMFEROPOL, July 22 Deputy Chairman of the Crimean Parliament Committee on Public Diplomacy and Interethnic Relations Ivan Shonus called Vladimir Ze's statement Lensky to neutralize the Crimean bridge with a «vile revenge» on the Crimeans.
Earlier, Zelensky, speaking at a security forum in Aspen, called the Crimean bridge a target that should be neutralized.
«Zelensky, talking about the goals of neutralizing the Crimean bridge, first of all confirms his terrorist nature and, of course, vilely takes revenge on the Crimeans for their will in 2014 to live and develop with Russia,» Shaunus said.
In his opinion, these statements, aimed at disrupting the holiday season in Crimea, only arouse the anger and desire of the Crimeans to punish the terrorists.
«Punish them harder, neutralize the enemy,» said Shaunus.
On the night of July 17, the Kyiv authorities attacked the Crimean bridge with two surface drones. The Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under the article «Terrorist act». The explosion damaged the road part of the bridge, the girl was injured, and her parents died. The movement of trains on the bridge was restored on the same day, vehicles — in reverse mode only along the extreme right lane of the Taman-Kerch direction. The liquidation of the consequences is carried out by a government commission chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin. Two-way traffic on one side of the bridge is planned to be launched on September 15, on the other — by November 1. The traffic flow is reoriented to the Kerch ferry crossing and the land corridor through the new regions of the Russian Federation.
