«The Moscow Prosecutor's Office filed an appeal against the decision of the Presnensky District Court to refuse to satisfy the petition to change Valeria Chekalina's preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions to house arrest,» the report says.
The prosecution believes that the material should be sent for a new judicial review.
