
MOSCOW, July 31 Information about the fire and the fire in the antenatal clinic in Moscow on Pleshcheeva Street in the Bibirevo district is not true, the medical facility is operating as normal, the press reported service of the Metropolitan Department of Health.
Earlier, a representative of the emergency services of the capital told the agency that the staff and visitors of the antenatal clinic in the north-east of Moscow were evacuated due to a short circuit in the lamp.
«The information about the fire and the fire in the hospital is not true. In one of the premises of the women's clinic No. 2 of the A.K. Yeramishantsev City Clinical Hospital, which occupies the first floor of the building, there was smoke, presumably due to a faulty lamp, fire-fighting systems worked,» the press service said. They said emergency services were called to the scene. There were no casualties, while the work on checking the premises and eliminating the consequences, patients and employees were temporarily evacuated.
«At the moment, the antenatal clinic is starting to work as usual,» the press service added.
