MOSCOW, Aug 7 Russian aircraft manufacturers have a real chance to occupy the vacant niches, this must be done before foreign companies decide to return to Russia, the President of the Russian Federation said Vladimir Putin at a meeting with the head of «Rostec» Sergei Chemezov.
During the report, Chemezov spoke about plans to launch production of Superjet New, MS-21, Tu-214 aircraft. The head of Rostec noted that Russian airlines need these aircraft, since «from 2025 all foreign companies will begin to retire.»
