MOSCOW, August 10 Starting September 30, Microsoft will no longer renew licenses for its Russian corporate clients, the TelecomDaily information and analytical agency writes, citing the IT giant's technical support.
«Microsoft can no longer accept bank transfer payments to a local bank account as a payment method for Microsoft services in Russia,» the announcement reads.
The publication adds that if the subscription is active through September 30 , it will not be canceled, but once it expires, it will not be renewed.
In May, Microsoft restricted access to some services for Ozon employees due to the fact that the company could allegedly use «workarounds» in purchasing a license .
