Mykolaiv Port Olvia has been leased to the Qatari company QTerminals in concession since January 2020, Ukrainian edition Delo.ua wrote about this. It was reported that under the terms of the contract, the total investment in the project was UAH 3.4 billion (more than 92 million dollars).
The Kherson region became a subject of the Russian Federation following a referendum held there.
