However, he took the first opportunity to give a damn about professional duties, teammates, coaching staff and fans of two Russian clubs at once.
He really wanted to return to Russia Normann broke into the Russian championship in early 2019 by signing a contract with Rostov. The Norwegian proved to be great at the club and soon signed a new agreement with the Rostovites until 2024. An excellent game in the team of Valery Karpin attracted the attention of the English “Norwich”, where he spent the 2021/22 season on loan.

However, the return was not very successful. As part of the «Dynamo» Norman looked much worse than what the fans are accustomed to seeing in the «Rostov». True, it was not very clear whether he would continue to stay at Dynamo or finally return from loan to Rostov. Apparently there is no way to find out. Another thing is that running away from the country without actually saying goodbye and not really explaining anything is also a lousy idea.
At least it was possible to convene a press conference, thank the fans, Rostov, Dynamo. Still, the Norwegian spent many years in Russia. But instead, he chose to spit in everyone's face and go AWOL. There is a strong feeling that we will not see Norman's third coming to Russia.
