The customs explained that the transferred batch contains more than 16,000 units of construction tools, equipment (valves and control blocks) and auto parts manufactured in Slovenia and China and purchased on the Kazakhstan market. 
“Tyumen customs officers handed over auto parts, tools and equipment for construction to the military. Employees of mobile groups seized goods worth 7 million rubles on the Russian-Kazakhstan border in 2022,” the statement says. .
It is noted that the cargo from the capital of Kazakhstan to Chelyabinsk for three entrepreneurs was transported by a logistics company without declaring and paying customs duties. After the goods were seized, the owners were notified of the need to formalize the cargo, but they never applied to the customs authorities; by a court decision, the goods were recognized as ownerless and turned into state property.
