Convicted in the case of «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), Aleksey Moskalev, a single father, was sent to SHIZO at IK-6 in Novomoskovsk, Tula region. This was told by the lawyer from «OVD-Info» Vladimir Bilienko.
The first six days of ShIZO Moskalev received on August 4: according to the staff of the colony, he did not immediately get up after getting up. On August 10, a single father was sent to an isolation cell for 13 days due to the fact that he incorrectly introduced himself to the jailer. On August 23, Moskalev was sent to the ShIZO again — already for 15 days. According to OVD-Info, the convict «did not keep his hands behind his back.» It is not known under what circumstances the colony officers recorded the violation.

Bilienko's lawyer also said that, according to his information, the administration of IK-6 wants to register Moskalev as «prone to escape.»
At the end of March, a court in the Tula region appointed Alexei Moskalev two years in prison. At the same time, he himself was not present at the announcement of the verdict — the man escaped from house arrest. Two days later, it became known that Moskalev had been detained in Minsk. In Belarus, a man was sent to a pre-trial detention center, and already in mid-April, he was handed over to Russia.
The Moskalev family became interested in the security forces in April last year. Then Alexei Moskalev was called to school because of the anti-war drawing of his daughter Masha. Later, a protocol was drawn up against the man on “discrediting” the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to a comment in Odnoklassniki, and then he became a defendant in a criminal case.
Moskalev, who raised his daughter alone, was sent under house arrest, and the girl was taken to a social rehabilitation center. On April 5, Masha Moskaleva was taken from the shelter by her mother, Olga Sitchikhina, who had not been involved in raising the girl before.
