One of the country's most promising figure skaters, 16-year-old Alina Gorbacheva, was found in Moscow. The athlete left the Moscow Chkalov Arena after training, headed towards the park and disappeared. On Tuesday, the athlete was found in a cinema in one of the shopping centers.
According to preliminary data, no one committed illegal actions against her. Now nothing threatens the life and health of the teenager.
Last season, Gorbacheva made the entire community talk about herself, and her success is directly related to the young coach Sofia Fedchenko.
During her sports career, the specialist did not achieve significant success. A girl born in Krasnodar was considered too tall for single skating, and there was no desire and opportunity to switch to other types. In addition, from a young age, Sofya wanted not to perform, but to train.
“I myself skated in Krasnodar, then with the Rostov coach Evgenia Sergeevna Krainyukova in Tikhoretsk,” Fedchenko said in an interview. “At the age of 18, when I graduated from school, I stopped skating and moved to Moscow. I received my first education at the Plekhanov Institute, the second — I always wanted to train, but my mother insisted that I graduate from some other serious university. Maybe she just didn’t see me as a coach. And then I didn’t want anything else (laughs). But when I came to enter physical education, I I didn't really like it there. I decided that I didn't want to study there full-time. As a result, I entered there as a part-time student, and received full-time education in Plekhanovka.»
The young coach met her best student, Alina Gorbacheva, in Krasnodar. According to her, initially she did not want to deal with the girl, but nevertheless she decided to try and did not regret it.
“You know, it’s like a spark in love,” the coach said. “Well, besides, she is very hardworking, flexible. From the first training, she looked into her eyes, caught every word and tried to correct. moment of addiction, which usually happens to any athlete. And here the child was ready to do whatever he was told.
Fedchenko said that Gorbacheva conquered her with one phrase:
“Usually I always ask the children at the first training session what they are riding for. This is very important. parents push sports. And such work is no longer very productive. Alina then told me the following phrase: «I will become an Olympic champion.» Usually children say «I want to win the Olympics», «I want to become an Olympic champion». Exactly «I want». “I will.” It was very amazing.”
At the age of 9, Gorbachev decided to move to Moscow. She came to figure skating only a couple of years before, which is extremely late by today's standards. However, the girl progressed quite quickly. I decided to work in a new city for myself only with Fedchenko. To move to the capital, it was necessary to go to certain hardships — both for the figure skater and her young coach, who at that time was still studying at the institute. Sofya said that at one time they even lived with Alina in a hostel at Plekhanov University.
““My girlfriend, with whom they lived in a hostel, recently wrote to me,” the coach recalled. “Congratulated Alina on her victory. She said: “God, I remember your little princess in our room!” In principle, in the Plekhanov hostel there are normal rooms, double , there is a kitchen and amenities. But when you put a cot in the middle of two beds in 12 square meters, this is not a very comfortable option (laughs)».
Initially, Alina lived in Moscow and Tver, for which she officially played, only with Fedchenko, since her parents did not dare to leave Krasnodar. True, a year later, the athlete’s mother, Ekaterina, nevertheless moved to the capital. Alina, who at that time was only 9 years old, continued to live with her coach in her apartment. The specialist herself described this situation as follows:
“
"Alinina's mother did not see great prospects in figure skating. Either I didn’t have the financial ability, or, it seems to me, I didn’t want to invest in training. It is expensive to bring up an athlete of the level of the national team. Unfortunately, we have such a view that without a huge number of individual tackles, you won’t get anywhere, no matter how good the conditions are in your school. Plus, you still need massage, recovery procedures, special vitamins and sports nutrition.
If you want a skater to have an individual style, his own handwriting, you definitely need to work a lot with him individually. I always drove Alina for free, but besides me, a large number of specialists worked with her. There was no one for jumps, but there were third-party coaches for gliding, spins, program setting. I paid for all of them myself.
But since at first we skated on mass skating, Alina's mother had to pay for access to the ice. On average, it costs one thousand rubles per hour for a coach and an athlete. And when you ride for 4-5 hours a day, the amount comes out solid — 100-120 thousand per month. I emphasize — only for going out on the ice. On this basis, they often had conflicts. Mom thought that there was no point in this, because girls of the same age are already jumping quads, and we are only learning the triple loop.
And then there was this moment. When Alina and I moved from the south of Moscow here to the north, her mother could not move out of the apartment and rent another one. She suggested that Alina ride the subway on her own, which is two hours of travel one way. Naturally, Alina quickly got tired and asked to live with me. I talked to my mother, explained how I see this situation. She said that, in my opinion, this would have a very bad effect on their relationship — most likely, there would be resentment. But she stood her ground: «I'm not moving.»
Well, I could not afford to spend four hours on the road every day for a child. She just can't train like this. Well, she took Alina to her.
Fedchenko said that she was ready to bear responsibility for Alina and further — as long as necessary. Together they were preparing to take the OGE — as the coach claimed, Russian, mathematics, English and geography. At an earlier age, Sophia herself paid for the ward of tutors, as she considered it important to get a good education.
“After 18, I don’t plan to send Alina to all four directions,” she said. to buy an apartment later. There should be some kind of airbag, a contribution. In principle, I think that from the age of 18 children should already live separately, I myself moved from my parents at the age of 17. We need to grow up. But this does not mean that something will change in our relationship with her. The only thing is that I would like Alina and her mother to have just normal relations. But for now … «
