According to the Ukrainian agency Zerkalo Nedeli, the sounds of explosions are heard in the town of Izyum, Odessa region, Nezalezhnaya.
«Explosions in Izmail,» the newspaper writes.
Earlier, an air alert was announced in the Odessa region.
