In the city of Vuktyl (Komi Republic), a search came to Nikita Farafonov in the morning, who opposed the war in his small telegram channel. This was told to Sever.Realiyam by his friend Radmila Ryabtseva, who runs the city public on VKontakte.
According to Ryabtseva, the special forces soldiers “turned everything up” at Farafonov’s house and took him away in an unknown direction. In a conversation with Farafonov's mother, they mentioned an article about justifying terrorism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), but what exactly the man is accused of is still unknown.
Yesterday, Farafonov was summoned to the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but he refused to go without a summons, 7×7 notes. It was brought right before the arrival of the riot police.
In October 2022, Farafonov was fined 30,000 rubles due to posts in the telegram channel under the article on “discrediting” the army (20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He did not pay the fine on time and was fined another 30,000.
According to the Rosshtraf project, which helped a Vuktyl resident raise money, he called the letter Z at the Syktyvkar Philharmonic a swastika. Farafonov also wrote that “children are suffering and dying in Ukraine, who were brought the Russian world on bayonets by the employees of the National Guard.” Because of which publications the fine was imposed, it is not known exactly: the judge excluded some of the posts listed in the protocol due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
In July, 43-year-old Ryabtseva herself was fined 30,000 rubles under the “discredit” article because of her comments on VKontakte that Russian servicemen have no patriotism and they “fight only for money” “. In January, a court ordered a Vuktyl resident to pay compensation to a local deputy and publish an apology in her public page. He filed a lawsuit due to the fact that Ryabtseva obscenely commented on his proposal to replace the first letter in the name of Vuktyl with the letter V on the stele located at the entrance to the city.
Ryabtseva, who works as a cleaner in the local division of Gazprom , after a fine, gave an interview to Sever.Realiyam. According to her, she and Farafonov, who defended her in the comments, were “constantly threatened in social networks.”
