In Moscow, aggressive tenants threatened to prohibit the new owner from evicting them and from approaching the apartment. The housing was bought by a man for 50 million, writes the Baza telegram channel.
According to the channel, Bogdan in 2021 decided to buy an apartment for rent and found an option for 50 million on Leninsky Prospekt, which was below the market price for such housing. At the same time, he was not embarrassed that the owner refused to show the apartment live; Bogdan was only given a video tour. The owner explained this by saying that there were tenants living there, but they could be evicted or the rent could be raised.
As a result, the apartment was purchased, but Bogdan did not have time to take care of it, as he ended up in prison for 8 months for possession of weapons. Having freed himself, he decided to sort out the apartment and learned that a huge utility debt had accumulated there. Bogdan tried to contact the tenants, but they didn’t want to talk on the phone, they didn’t let him into the apartment and threatened to “bury” him if he didn’t leave.
Then Bogdan called the previous owner, who said that the tenants ; a family of natives from Chechnya – and they caused him problems. According to him, they beat him, after which he decided to get rid of his home.
Bogdan contacted the police. According to the channel, “one of the heads of the department” contacted him, who gave him the contact of “the right person.” This man turned out to be a realtor and offered to sell Bogdan the apartment for 30 million, despite the fact that its market value is approximately twice as expensive. Bogdan refused and wrote a statement to the Internal Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
