YEKATERINBURG, September 9 A one-and-a-half-year-old child died after falling from the 15th floor in Nefteyugansk in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
“It fell yesterday at about seven o’clock in the evening,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
As the police explained, the child fell out of the window on his own. “In the kitchen there is a sofa right under the window, the mother left the kitchen for a couple of minutes, returned, but the child was gone. She immediately understood what had happened,” the press service added.
