MOSCOW, September 9 Public headquarters for monitoring elections in Moscow does not record any complaints or statements regarding the operation of remote electronic voting, said Vadim Kovalev, head of the Public Headquarters for Observing the Elections in Moscow in 2023.
““At the moment, we have no statements at the headquarters regarding the DEG, that something is not working or that SMS messages are not going through. It is working,” he told reporters.
Elections in Russia on a single voting day in most regions will take place for three days from September 8, the main day will be September 10. Elections of senior officials in 21 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and additional elections of State Duma deputies for four vacant seats in single-mandate constituencies are planned in the EDG. Elections have been scheduled in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. In Moscow, the mayor and deputies are elected in 13 municipalities of the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts (TiNAO).
