MOSCOW, September 10. Russia and China are squeezing the United States out of the global South, while the head of the White House Joe Biden is showing “weakness,” Michigan Rep. John James expressed this opinion in an interview with Fox Business.
As the congressman said -Republican, Biden makes America weaker on the world stage “every time he goes abroad.”
According to him, the American leader “together with his retinue” flew to the G20 summit on airliners to then lecture India and the global South on climate change.
James argues that «Russia and China are turning the global South against us» while «literally eating our lunch (an expression meaning squeezing out a competitor's business — ed.)» in the region.
At the same time, Western countries, trying to win the favor of the global South, continue a foreign policy based on moralizing, the congressman complained.
As Russia's G20 Sherpa Svetlana Lukash previously stated, the G20 countries managed to achieve serious results at the summit in Delhi, every issue reflected the interests of the emerging economies of the global South.
