MOSCOW, September 12. Former US President George W. Bush said at the Yalta European Strategy forum that he was surprised by the photo with the Russian businessman and Yevgeny Prigozhin standing next to him, taken at the G8 summit more than 17 years ago.
«<… >I was shocked by the photo from the G8 summit in St. Petersburg, where he was the guy who served me food,” he said.
Bush added that he could not remember meeting Prigozhin in person.

Evgeny Prigozhin died on August 24. He was on board a private Embraer Legacy plane, which crashed near the village of Kuzhenkino in the Tver region. Nine other people were flying with the founder of the private military company Wagner.
