TBILISI, September 14 The organizers of the international advertising festival Ad Black Sea 2023 in Batumi decided not to allow Russians and Belarusians to attend, the festival administration said.
«According to the policy of the festival administration, citizens of Russia and Belarus are not allowed to attend the event. This applies to both representatives of companies and individuals,» said the agency's interlocutor.
The administration explained that when purchasing passes on the festival website, Russia and Belarus are not included in the list of countries. Consequently, the agency’s interlocutor pointed out, citizens of these countries who still managed to buy tickets to the event most likely indicated Georgia as their country of residence during registration.
«All the details are spelled out in the rules for purchasing a subscription. Upon entry, persons must provide passports or ID cards. Unfortunately, access to the festival is closed for citizens of these two countries,» the administration said .
