The Criminal Investigation Department of Finnish Customs has issued an arrest warrant for Gabriel Temin, CEO of Luminor and Siberica. According to Yle, he is suspected of exporting dual-use electronics to Russia.
Yle clarifies that Temin's companies allegedly supplied lithium batteries, powerful optical filters and cameras used in the production of drones to Russia.
The day before, September 14, Temina was included in the sanctions list compiled by the US Treasury. According to the American department, he is a French citizen.
