Sasha Skochilenko’s girlfriend was taken to the Mariinsky Hospital by ambulance after one of the guards at the Vasileostrovsky District Court in St. Petersburg used tear gas against the artist’s support group. This was reported in the telegram channel “Freedom for Sasha Skochilenko!”
Doctors diagnosed the girl with respiratory tract inflammation. Skochilenko’s support group reports that Subbotina has asthma, so she becomes ill when inhaling “significant amounts of irritating gas or particles.”
The Mediazona correspondent reported that today, September 15, one of the guards sprayed tear gas on the stairs in court, demanding that Sasha Skochilenko’s support group leave the corridor along which they were going to take the artist out.
Sasha Skochilenko has been in pre-trial detention since April 13, 2022 and is accused of in spreading “fake stories” about the army for changing price tags in the Perekrestok store to stickers with information about events in Ukraine.
