In the city of Rossosh, Voronezh region, three men were killed in a grenade explosion in a private house, this was reported by local public pages, telegram channels Shot and Astra, and then confirmed by a TASS source in law enforcement agencies.
It is also reported that two people were seriously injured. Astra writes that military personnel were killed, Novosti Rossoshi claims that the men were “professional sappers.”
Later, the Voronezh “Notebook” reported that the explosion occurred on Chapaev Street in a private house rented by five men. “On the evening of September 15, they were relaxing and barbecuing. At night it was heard that some kind of conflict had occurred between them,” eyewitnesses told the publication.
The telegram channel “Caution, News” also reports that there was a quarrel between the military, without citing sources. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee did not officially comment on the incident.
