MOSCOW, September 19. Singer Ariana Grande has filed for divorce from her husband, luxury real estate agent Dalton Gomez, after two years of marriage, People reports, citing sources close to the couple.
According to the publication, the 30-year-old pop star filed documents with the court this Monday. Dalton immediately followed his wife's example and did the same.
It is noted that the reason for the separation is stated to be “irreconcilable differences.” However, as insiders told People, the couple made the decision “amicably.”

News of the couple’s separation broke in July. But Grande and Dalton were in no hurry to rush to court to work things out properly. “They really cared and respected each other every step of the way,” the insider said.
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez started dating in January 2020. But they officially declared themselves a couple in May, when they appeared together in the video for the song “Stuck with U,” which the performer recorded with Justin Bieber.
At the end of the same year, Grande and Gomez got engaged, and legalized their relationship at a chamber ceremony in May 2021.
The wedding took place at the singer’s house in Montecito. There were less than 20 guests, including members of the newlyweds' family.
