ST. PETERSBURG, September 20 .On October 5, the Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg will consider an administrative case against rapper Oxxxymiron* (Miron Fedorov*), who violated the requirements for foreign agents, follows from court materials.
«The person involved is Miron Yanovich Fedorov*… The list of articles is Article 19.4 part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent — ed.)… Consideration of the case on the merits — October 5, 2023,» the case card says on website of the Kuibyshevsky District Court.
The maximum fine under this article is for citizens from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
Previously, the courts of St. Petersburg banned the rapper’s songs “Oida” and “Last Call”, and also fined the musician in the amount of 155 thousand rubles under three protocols: for publishing a post on a social network without indicating the status of a foreign agent , public calls for separatism and for discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
