MOSCOW, September 20 Vice-Governor of the Moscow Region Evgeny Khromushin reported that the families of those killed as a result explosion in Balashikha will be paid 1 million rubles, those injured in serious condition — 500 thousand.
«The families of those killed in the explosion in residential building No. 10 on Oktyabrskaya Street in Balashikha will be paid 1 million rubles. This was announced by the Vice-Governor of the Moscow Region Evgeny Khromushin. For those injured in serious condition — 500 thousand rubles. For those who are in moderate condition degree of severity — 300 thousand rubles, the rest of the victims — 100 thousand rubles,” reports the city district administration group on VKontakte.
According to the department, families will be paid 30 thousand rubles per person to restore property, but alone residents — 50 thousand each.
A gas explosion occurred in a residential high-rise building on Wednesday morning, destroying several floors along with the ceilings. According to the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, three people died. Later, a second collapse occurred at the scene of the emergency; six rescuers were trapped under the rubble, two of them died, the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for the provision of services that did not meet safety requirements and conducted searches at the management and gas companies.
