However, restrictions, at the same time, stimulate development, due to which “new competencies emerge, new opportunities appear,” Putin emphasized .
Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that the Russian economy continues to recover, despite the sanctions. According to him, in the five months of 2023, GDP growth amounted to 0.6%, and in the absence of force majeure, it should exceed 2% by the end of the year.
