An activist’s lawyer from Perm reported that a policeman, when drawing up a protocol on “discrediting” the army, asked the judge how to include the word “dick” in the materials.

The district police officer, while drawing up a protocol on “discrediting” the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) against Perm activist Valery Mankevich, called the judge to find out how to include the word “dick” in the case materials. Lawyer Artem Faizulin reported this on his Telegram channel.

Last Tuesday, September 19, Mankevich went to the Perm Central Department Store with a poster that said “fuck war.” The activist was not detained; after standing at a single picket for some time, he went home. On September 20, as Faizullin writes, employees of Center “E” finally came to Mankevich and took the Permian away for interrogation, where they inquired about his trips abroad.

On the same day, Mankevich was taken to the Leninsky district police station in Perm to draw up a report on “discrediting” the army.

“The precinct commissioner who compiled the protocol, at some point puzzled by how to reflect an obscene term on the poster in his text, not at all embarrassed by the presence of Mankiewicz, called the court (!!!) to clarify this issue. Apparently, he spoke directly with one of the judges and even openly told Valery about it,” Faizulin writes in his Telegram channel.

The lawyer noted that a court advising police officers on how to correctly draw up a protocol ceases to be an “independent and unbiased arbiter” and shows its bias. Faizulin also said that a copy of the protocol was given to Mankevich only the next day, September 21.
