“Decision-making centers will be hit”
Russia must carefully consider how to deliver painful retaliatory strikes for the enemy against those who organized the attack on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Sevastopol. The chairman of the board of the All-Russian organization “Officers of Russia,” reserve lieutenant colonel Roman Shkurlatov, told MK on Friday, September 22. He told us what the evening response to the strike would be.
The headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet was hit by a British Storm Shadow cruise missile. In total, several cruise missiles were fired at the city. Most of them were shot down by air defense, one hit the Black Sea Fleet headquarters building. One of the missiles was shot down near Bakhchisarai.
Experts note that some of the missiles that struck Crimea were launched from a Su-24 bomber of the Ukrainian Air Force, and another part from ground launchers located at the airfield » Kulbakino» in the east of Nikolaev.
In addition, during the attack on Sevastopol, an “on duty” US Navy aircraft, a P-8A Poseidon, was spotted over the neutral waters of the Black Sea, which apparently recorded the results of the attack.
According to military expert, reserve lieutenant colonel Roman Shkurlatov, all this suggests that the raid on Sevastopol was actually organized by NATO countries.
“A strike on Sevastopol would have been impossible without coordination and technical assistance from NATO,” he says. – Reconnaissance, guidance, illumination of targets for missiles — this is a whole complex of technical means that the Armed Forces of Ukraine physically do not have. But NATO has them. Therefore, we need to think about how to more effectively respond not only to the Kyiv regime, but also to the puppet masters who are in the shadows. We need to think about how to do this so as not to be directly drawn into a clash with NATO, but at the same time inflict sensitive blows on them.
In addition, Shkurlatov noted that the retaliatory strike should be “balanced and calm.”
“Retribution, like revenge, is a dish that should be served cold,” he says . “Therefore, the retaliatory strike must be delivered exactly in the place and when the enemy least expects it, in order to inflict maximum military damage on him.” But in any case, the answer must be crushing.
We need to respond harshly, I would even say cruelly, to every such outburst. I think that today we will see anxiety throughout Ukraine; I think the decision centers will be affected, but that is not enough. It is necessary to develop a reflex in the enemy, like Pavlov’s dog. So that after attacks on our territories, ten times more will arrive in response and hit ten times more enemy military, critical and double infrastructure facilities.
