VELIKIY NOVGOROD, September 21 Serious work is underway in the Russian Federation to modernize the personnel training system in the Russian Federation, the results are already there, said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov during a conversation with journalists.
“Many departments are involved, very serious work is being done, there are already certain results,” Peskov said.
He noted that it is necessary to send young people to industries that will allow them to earn money, and the state will be able to obtain labor resources in promising industries. “This is one of the most pressing topics now in the era of that transformation, technological transformation — of course, establishing, rebuilding the education system and adapting it to the needs of the labor market, combined with the unemployment rate. Now it is record low, but it should not lead to that we are beginning to have a shortage in the IT industries,” Peskov emphasized.
