KRASNODAR, September 25 Court hearing to consider the demolition of the unauthorized building of blogger Dani Milokhin’s foster family in Anapa, postponed to October 16, reported the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory.
“The meeting was postponed to October 16 due to the non-appearance of the person involved, who did not come at the appointed time because he was in the hospital,” the release says.
Earlier, the blogger’s adoptive father Dmitry Tyulenev recorded a video message, talking about the demands of the Anapa administration to demolish their two houses. He also said that the family store was closed, which, according to him, is the only source of income.
The press service of the mayor’s office explained the lawsuit by saying that the residential building was built with violations, as were two outbuildings, one of which “has the characteristics of a clothing store,” and no commercial activity is envisaged on this site. In addition, Anapa authorities believe that the owner arbitrarily occupied a public area of 71 square meters.
It is specified that Tyulenev himself came to the Anapa District Court.
In September, the director of the Safe Internet League, a member of the Public Chamber of Russia, Ekaterina Mizulina, said that Milokhin, who “upset many Russians with Russophobic statements,” returned from abroad, and called for sending the young man to serve in the army.
Soon she reported that Milokhin flew to Dubai, which, according to her, was the result of “consolidation and unity of civil society.”
A week later, a source in law enforcement agencies reported that the blogger was put on the wanted list at the request of the Anapa military registration and enlistment office.
