MOSCOW, September 28 The Bank of Russia sent to the State Duma an updated draft of the main directions of the unified state monetary policy for 2024–2026, it says regulator press release.
«The Bank of Russia sent to the State Duma an updated draft of the main directions of the unified state monetary policy for 2024-2026. In this strategic document, the Bank of Russia explains its approaches to conducting monetary policy in the current economic conditions, and also presents basic and alternative scenarios for economic development for the next three years,” the press release says.
Previously, the project was sent for consideration to the Russian government and President Vladimir Putin.
The document takes into account the decisions on the key rate made by the Bank of Russia on August 15 and September 15, the updated macroeconomic forecast dated September 15, as well as statistical and other information published in the period from August 10 to September 22, 2023 , the message notes.
