MOSCOW, September 27The new head of the Moscow Department of Culture, Alexey Fursin, will continue to develop the creative base of the capital, the press service of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, which was previously headed by the official, reported.
“»In his new position, Alexey Fursin will continue to develop the creative base that has been created in the capital for tens and hundreds of years. Today it includes world-famous theatres, museums, galleries, cultural centers, libraries, international and local festivals,» – said the press service.
Fursin himself noted that today, even under sanctions, creative content from the Russian capital: cinema, animation, art, fashion, e-sports and much more is in demand all over the world: from Latin America to China.

"And many entrepreneurs in the creative field have completely changed their attitude towards business during this time: with the help of the city, they mastered the basics of doing business, learned to protect the rights to the products of intellectual work and monetize their creative ideas,” — said Fursin.
Earlier on Wednesday, by decree of the mayor of Moscow, Alexey Fursin was relieved of his post as head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development and headed the capital's Department of Culture.
