MOSCOW, September 29 A three-year-old boy who left a kindergarten in Oryol and was hit by a truck is in satisfactory condition in the hospital, the regional children's ombudsman said .
It was previously reported that the child was hospitalized with injuries after the accident. The prosecutor's office and the regional children's ombudsman began inspections. After the incident, the RF SUSK in the region opened a criminal case for negligence; as part of the investigation, a legal assessment of the work of the kindergarten employees will be given.
