It is stated that the plant has signed a contract for the assembly of 120 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max crossovers. Production at the enterprise will be carried out using the large-unit assembly method. The first Chery cars assembled in Kaluga will go on sale at the end of December.
However, after the completion of the contract for the assembly of 120 Tiggo 7 Pro Max cars, assembly at the plant may not continue. According to one of the AGR employees, this project was launched rather to fulfill obligations to officials who promised to launch the enterprise before the end of 2023.
