SARATOV, Oct 4 Bailiffs in Saratov, by court decision, helped remove a child from a dysfunctional family that lives in unsanitary conditions and without food under two years of age and take him to the hospital for examination, according to the Telegram channel of the regional department of the FSSP.
According to the department, the family of the boy, who is not yet two years old, has been registered with the guardianship authorities since the middle of last year as being in a socially dangerous situation, while the baby has not been seen in the clinic since birth, and his mother categorically refused to contact specialists prevention system, did not open the door for them, reacting aggressively to any attempts to enter into dialogue. Neighbors described the family as dysfunctional. 
The court granted the mayor's claim to provide access to the apartment where the child lives, and on the basis of the writ of execution, the bailiffs, together with employees of the prosecutor's office, guardianship authorities, police, and ambulance, went to the place, but the boy's mother refused to open the door, and when employees of the management company began to After the autopsy, the woman opened the door, but did not let anyone inside. 
“Once in the apartment, the participants in the enforcement actions were convinced that the child was living in unacceptable living conditions: there was no repair in the premises, there was dirt everywhere, cockroaches were running around. At the end of the enforcement actions, the child was taken to a medical facility for a health examination,” the message says.
It is clarified that in relation to the boy’s mother, the bailiffs drew up a protocol under Article 17.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Obstruction of the lawful activities of an official of a body authorized to carry out the functions of compulsory execution of writs of execution and ensuring the established procedure for the activities of courts «.
