Decision of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA ) banning Russian national teams under 17 years of age from competing in international tournaments leads to the collapse of the world sports system due to puppet functionaries, said the best football player of the USSR in 1972, Olympic bronze medalist Evgeny Lovchev.
On September 26, the UEFA Executive Committee allowed Russian teams consisting of players no older than 17 years old to participate in international tournaments.
